Privacy policy

Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is REMAPIA ("we"). Contact for all privacy matters: kontakt@remapia.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the inquiry form or send us by email:

• your name and, if you give it, your company;
• your email address;
• the controller, the type of work you need and any details you add.

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. Fonts are served from our own server. Our web server keeps short technical logs (time, IP address, requested page) to keep the site secure; they are deleted automatically.

Why and on what basis

• To answer your inquiry and prepare a quote: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To protect the site against abuse, such as limiting the number of requests: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who processes it for us

• OVH – hosting of the website (EU);
• Brevo – delivery of the email created from the form;
• ImprovMX – forwarding of mail sent to remapia.com addresses;
• the provider of the mailbox where our mail is delivered.

We do not sell, share or publish your data and we do not use it for marketing.

How long we keep it

If no cooperation follows, we delete your inquiry 12 months after our last contact. If we work together, we keep the correspondence for as long as the law requires for that contract and its accounting.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to kontakt@remapia.com. You can also complain to the supervisory authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Giving your data is voluntary, but without an email address and a description of the controller we cannot answer an inquiry.
